Mitchell Ray

CEO

Mitchell has more than 20 years of NDT experience, following directly in his father's footsteps. His NDT journey includes:

Certifications in MPI, LPI, UT, RT, VT (and CWI), and NACE
Obtaining national and international Level III certifications
Leading in the field with integrity beyond just NDT

Parker Ray

VP, Operations

Parker has been around NDT his whole life. While his brother and father have experienced NDT as technicians, Parker has always been centered on business development and management. That's why in 2021, Parker obtained his MBA with a major in leadership. His NDT path includes:
